Desouzart is the CEO of OD Consulting, Market Planning & Strategy, a consulting company with customers in more than 37 countries. He specializes in the international marketing of meat, having worked for some of the largest pork and poultry companies in Brazil. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the World Agriculture Forum and a team member of The Sustainable Food Laboratory. In 2014, he was recognized by the Brazilian Association of Poultry Producers for his contributions to the country’s poultry industry.
