Amy Patterson is an experienced leader in the food manufacturing and value-added ingredients industry. She is the general manager for Petsource, an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of the Scoular Co. that produces high-protein, freeze-dried ingredients as a contract manufacturer for pet food companies. It is among the first in the US to bring freeze-dried pet food ingredient manufacturing steps together under one roof. Before coming to the Omaha, Nebraska-based Scoular, Patterson worked for 16 years at Conagra Brands, where she most recently served as vice president and general manager of Spicetec Flavors & Seasonings. Her career includes supply chain management and manufacturing expertise producing high-quality, food-safe ingredients used in retail, food manufacturing and food service applications. Patterson graduated from the University of Notre Dame and has an MBA from the University of Nebraska.
