Christie Cheng is a Business Development Manager for Food Protection & Preservation in North America at Kerry, having joined Kerry in 2019. Prior to her current role, Christie held roles in RD&A for Food Protection & Preservation in various food and beverage applications, particularly focused on microbial spoilage. Christie has a BSc in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her combined experience in microbiology and product development delivers great expertise to guide customers in who need to solve more complex shelf-life challenges. Christie is passionate about partnering with technical colleagues at food manufacturers to implement clean label and conventional preservation solutions to optimize product shelf life.
