Chicken Marketing Summit is the essential networking and educational conference for poultry business leaders.

The conference brings together a unique cross-section of poultry industry stakeholders to network, share, learn and dialogue together about the opportunities and challenges for chicken being driven by fast-changing consumer trends.

Chicken Marketing Summit is presented by WATT Global Media in collaboration with the National Chicken Council, the annual Chicken Marketing Summit remains a member benefit for NCC processor and allied member companies, as well as members of the National Protein and Food Distributors Association.

The Chicken Marketing Summit group rate starts at $289 per night, plus applicable state and local taxes and resort fees. A credit card is needed to make a reservation. In order to ensure the best possible rate and room availability, all reservations require a one-night, non-refundable deposit, per room, upon reservation. Cutoff date is July 8th

All attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements, the cost of which is not included in your registration fees.  July 8th is the deadline to make your hotel reservations.

Yes, valet parking of $25 overnight is available for registered Renaissance Ross Bridge guests and $15 per day for valet. Complimentary self-parking is available.

Press and media seeking admission into Chicken Marketing Summit must be approved by the event organizers. Organizers will provide press releases, and video footage taken by Chicken Marketing Summit staff upon request. Please email events@wattglobal.com for more information.

You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below. If you cancel before June 14, 2024, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 15% processing fee. If you cancel on or after June 14, 2024, you will not be eligible for a refund, but may send someone in your place.

All registrations must be paid by July 1, 2024.

All name substitutions must be completed by July 15, 2024.
